And E Club Sattelite Dishnetwork gave E club sattelite my debit card and E club billed me $19.05 Ripoff

When I signed up for Dishnetwork they required my debit card account number. They gave that information to Eclub Sattelite.

Eclub sattelite billed my account $19.05 without my permission or notification.
