Dish Network - EClub Marketing
Rip Off, Dishonest Fraudulent Billing, Gave Out My Bank Account Information

Warning Warning Warning, If anyone has purchased Dish Network and given them Bank Debit/Credit card information... Please Read This. I gave Dish Network my Bank Debit / Credit card Information and they shared this with other people.

I signed up for Dish Network on Nov. 14 and was billed $49.99 for the "one time installation fee". Two weeks later I see a charge on my bank statement from EClub Marketing.

I did not know what EClub Marketing was, but the $19.05 charge had me puzzled. I forgot about it until it appeared again two months later.

I had been paying Dish Network every time I got their bill and had no problems.

On Feb. 7 Another charge for $19.05 was taken from my Bank Account from Eclub Marketing. After doing some digging, I came up with a phone number for Eclub Marketing.

I called the number and asked "What do you people do and why are you stealing money from my account"?

You Will love the response I got... This lady told me that Eclub Marketing works in association with Dish Network and provides assistance with the Dish Converter box receivers, provides technical support and a bunch of other Bull XXXX.

I asked her how she got my Bank account information and that I had never signed up for this tech. Support and The lady told me that Dish Network provided the Bank account information to EClub Marketing.

I told the Lady that I was going to File a Law Suit if my money was not returned. It has not been returned yet.

I looked on my receipt that I signed when the Dish Network people installed my stuff and there is no place on the receipt that said anything about a $19.05 fee for EClub Marketing.

Dish Network and EClub Marketing are Stealing money from you and me.

Beware Beware Beware... Tell everyone you know... Have them check their account to see if $19.05 is being stolen from their bank account.

I have Contacted the West Virginia Attorney General's Office and The West Virginia BBB. I have contacted Dish Network via Email and telephone and have yet to receive an explaination.

My money has been stolen, it's that simple.
