This company has taken 198.90 out of my checking account in the last 3 weeks with out my consent and i dont even know who or what this company does? Internet

PVC Inc eClub USA who the hell is this? This company has past 3 checks on my account in the last month stating that my signature is not required, coming to a total of 198.90 for what service i do NOT know, now im gonna have to go to my bank to get this cleared up. Please some one stop this company or help me in what to do to stop them!
