I booked through a room for the same night through www.otel.com. They sent me a reservation for a hotel. Reading the small print it said it would take 5 hours to confirm. I was due to arrive in 3 so I phoned the call centre to find out the situation. Lucky I did - they told me there were no rooms available - although they had received the information an hour earlier they had not sent me an email. I then discovered by credit card had already been charged the full cost for the non existent room and that I would have to claim it back and that this would take 'two billing cycles'. Stay clear of these guys.
