I was a little concerned about having booked through Otel.com after having read some of the reviews.
I am, however, very pleased to say they were terrific in every aspect of their service.
I booked a hotel in Vancouver at the site of a convention. I called the hotel to ensure they had my reservation and was assured by the hotel it was "all good".
Otel sent me reminders (a service not received by other companies) and a voucher confirming the hotel was already paid. All this and they saved me almost $200. For a two night stay!
I was very pleased and I will use this service again.
