We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in our life with our children. We have NEVER had a complaint. Infact we usually get compliments on them.
We stayed for 4 nights in your hotel in Silverdale. The first two nights were GREAT and we were enjoying ourselves. Then a strange thing happened on our third night. About 8:30 pm we get a call, which we could not get to because we were in bed watching TV. A few minutes later a knock at the door. My husband was asleep, he had to get up. The HORRIBLE lady from the front desk said she was getting multiple complaints about us. What? Our daughter was taking a shower, but she was not that loud. SO we asked the kids to make sure they were not making any noise. Sure enough about 10 minutes later after my husband fell back asleep and another knock at the door. We were stunned!!! The kids were watching TV and had not moved. I could not go to sleep for another hour because I was so upset. I also heard doors slamming all night. With loud walking on the top floor at 6 am. I however do not complain, because I know what you get when you stay ina hotel!!! I bring a fan to cover noises.
WE just hoped the people were only there for one night. It was not to be. At 7:58 pm our phone rings. We could not believe it. Most of us were watching TV one in the shower and my husband was shaving. Besides it is before 8 pm. Sure enough, we are getting complaints, please control your kids. WHAT'!!! My husband went right down to the front desk with shaving cream on his face. THE SAME HORRIBLE LADY - Carlie said that it is all our fault and if she gets one more phone call she will call the police and they will remove us. Holy Moly! So they are right and we are wrong.
So now my kids are scared and whispering and tip toeing around. our 3 year old is saying we have to be quiet so they don't send us to jail. Real nice!!! So much for the end of our vacation.
We stay at a hotel almost once a month, we were looking into your Pismo Beach. NOT NOW and we will give you THE WORST REVIEWS on line!!!
REMEMBER WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS!!! Also our room was next to the stairs. Did she even check to think it could be coming from there? NO.
The manager - Steven Gear met with my husband and promised him he WOULD take care of us - did he? NO.
You have lost some loyal customers!!!
