I have found otel.com to be very reliable and a great customer service. I booked a hotel in Frankfurt at an unbelievable prices with them. I was reminded by email to print the voucher and regarding confirmation and so on, couple of times. When I arrived at the hotel last night, they already had my room ready. Within a second, receptionist retrieved the booking and I was given a room with a nice view immediately. Great service, great price. I would certainly recommend otel.com and look forward to further booking with them.
