We were drawn to the advertised offer of newly renovated luxury guest rooms at the Aquarius Hotel in Laughlin.in our room, we found the decorative bedspred missing, the door handle to the bathroom very loose and unable to be locked, and the toilet seat worn through the paint. I asked housekeeping to address these items which were not during our 2 day stay. I completed the comment card and again mentioned these defects. The Hotel Director (Brian Cook) did sent me an apology letter, but that was it. You would have thought, after we had spent about $800.00 at his hotel, that there would have been more than just an apology. Besides, the real issue here, speaks to false advertising and a major lack of quality control. It makes you wonder what other areas are deficient (food service and sanitary areas).
I cancelled our reservation for Febuary 13th (at Aquaius) and are going back to the. We have never had an issue there and I know that appreciate our money.
