I used priceline a lot but, the last time I made reservations for a hotel in Orlando, Fl. I had a lot of issues. When I went to check in the hotel they could not find a reservation. I show the hotel the confiramtion, but they stated tha priceline never sent the reservation to their system. After like three hours of arguing about it they said they were able to get the reservation via fax, but the problem at tha point was that there was no room available. The hotel somehow found some rooms for us, but those rooms where completely different from what we reserved. The three rooms smelled like cigarettes big time. There was mildew on two of the rooms and one tub was clogged. I complaint but there was no room available to move to and it was over midnigth. When I contacted Pricelin they said there was nothing they could do. I end up checking out and going to another hotel on my own.
