Used pricing suggestions from Priceline... Ended up paying significantly more than I could have got from the hotel's internet website. Called customer service several times; they will do nothing for me. Only wanted them to at least match lower price. They said if I could give them the website that the general public could access to get the lower price they would honor it. I gave them the website, they said it coudn't use the word 'special'. Very upset and disappointing. Never will use Priceline again.
