I used Priceline "Name your Price" for a hotel. They excepted a $50. Price which states no booking fees.
However, when they added taxes & fees after I gave them the credit card, the total price was $64.57 which is more than what the hotel would have charged me if I booked on their website.
When we got to the hotel, they added another $16.34 for a resort fee & tax. When I complained to Priceline, they said not to read what my confirmation paperwork said, even though it was from them, but to go to the website because it says there can be more charges. Totally misrepresented and I definately paid more by using Priceline.
