I booked a hotel using Priceline. They told me the price i entered was too low that if i entered 11 more dollars i would get booked. I did the total being $50.00 for the room not great for red roof inn but not bad being downtown San Antonio. I checked my reservations at the Hotel website and saw that Priceline only paid $44.00 for the hotel. I called customer service they transfered me to customer relations and i was told i shouldn't be able to see that price because that is what priceline pays and it should not have been disclosed. So i asked if Getting extra money on the price of the room plus charging fees (fees and taxes were $15.43) WAS NORMAL PRACTICE SHE SAID YES AND HAVE A NICE DAY. So moral is you pay their fee plus $6.00 or more on the cost of the room to go to priceline.
