I recently booked a flight on the orbitz.com web site. During the process it sent me to reservations rewards. The scam was that you get $ off for the next purchase. It looked legit and there was no mention of a recurring, or any, fee. It wasn't until i received my credit card bill that i noticed the $12 charge. After doing a web search i realized that this would have been a monthly charge. I canceled the account (membership) and got a confirmation email. I sent an email to orbitz and got some bogus response (with bad grammar) saying that it was my doing. This is a bad practice and i won't be using them in the future. I'm out the $12 but i hope someone else will see this message and avoid the ripoff.
