When you book online with Days Inn, there is a "no refund" policy that is NOWHERE described on their website. I booked online and then immediately phoned the hotel when I realized I had booked the wrong location (Ottawa, Kansas instead of Ottawa, Ontario). I called the hotel and customer service but they said I had to pay for my mistake even though I called them within seconds of making the mistake. There is NO advertising on their web site about this policy. You only find out about it AFTER you submit your credit card information. Thank goodness there are lots of other hotels to stay in. If a company has to make money be being sly and mean spirited, good luck to them.
