I have know idea how this place did what they did, but somehow they did it. I was checking my online banking one day and realized that my checking account was negative. It was because this place took $99.00 out of my account. I called my bank they told me to place a debit claim and to try to get ahold of the company to see how or why they did this to me. I called to make the claim. The money was pending so they told me to call back the next business day and place a report then. I also got ahold of the resort. I spoke to a gentlmen who claimed that he spoke to me and I gave him authorization to take my money. I informed him that I did no such thing. He claimed he had me on a recording but refused to allow me to listen to it. He said he'd call me back. Well he never did.
The following day I checked my account and it wasnt on there. I called my bank and they put back my overdraft fees. I cancelled out my card and ordered a new one to be safe.
A couple days later I figured Id check my account on line to see if everything was still taking care of. I found that they took my money out. I again was in the negative. I was wild. I called my bank again. Somehow the money was taking out from the time before but when I checked and it wasnt in there it was for some reason it just wasnt showing up. So, again I called the resort. Waited on hold for almost an hour before I put my boyfriend on so I could call and make my debit claim.
When he finally got to talk to a real person from the resort they claimed the put my money back. Which obviouslly they didnt. I filed my claim. The bank put my money back the following day. I was relieved in a sence but still wild wondering how they thought they could get away with this.
The following day (after the bank put my money back) I checked my account again. Now I was positive money. Money that wasnt mine. So again I called the bank. The resort had finally put my money back. After waiting for days. The bank also put my money back. To finish this up yes they put my money back. But I still dont know how they ever got my debit number.
I just wanted everybody to know what this place did to me. It was unfair. I hope that they get caught and closed down.
