After failing to be able to set up a time of departure for the vacation I called to get a refund of the $465. I already paid to Ramada. I was told by the customer service rep. To wait until i recovered and plan the trip then. I need to cancel the trip now. NO one ever told me that this was a non-refundable deal.
At 72, and especially that I have now read some of the very poor recommendations regarding Ramada, I choose to forgo all the fun they say I can have and just stay homw with my $465. What chance do I have to get a refund?
