Take my money after everything has cancelled and never give it back, dishonest and unprofessional customer service., Nationwide

I have made a reservation online with cheapoair.com to go to thailand on June 7th. The first tickets were $1645, it was a good price but unfortunately it did not go through and said unavailable. So I have made another one after that and it was $1865.

The next morning I got a message on my phone said the credit card didn't go through because it was an international card on $1645 and I need to call them and give them a new card with United States address so I give them a call back and that one went through. Later on I saw that the other ticket $1865 still there and they have taken out my money already so I called them again and try to cancel it so I can keep the first one.

After I was on the phone for a couple hours trying to get someone to pick up the phone and after I have sent a couple emails still no one was answering the phone. They said their office hours are 9am-9pm Mon-Fri but I also tried calling after hours and I was surprised someone picked up the phone. I asked them to cancel the second one ($1865) and they said they will take care of that.

Three days before my flights, I called the airline to confirm the flights and make sure I'm on schedule but the person told me that I'm not. My tickets have been cancelled a couple days ago and I don't know how that happened so I asked them about the other tickets because I thought they probably cancelled the wrong one but, no they have cancelled both of my tickets. So I was trying to call cheapoair again and again but ofcourse it didn't work so I decided to write them and email asking how this happened and I was really disappointed about how things go and I was done with it.

While that going through I decided to make a reservation with the different company and that works out great. The next morning I checked with the bank and it said cheapoair.com have taken my money out again for $1865. I was really upset with that but I didn't give up and still try calling them and write them emails said how it went wrong and asking them to fix it.

After that I got an email said they're sorry and they will give me back my refund in that same amount and it will take 2-3 business day for the money to show up in my account. I have been waiting for about 5 days and nothing is coming up so I contact the bank and ask if they're seeing anything yet and they said they don't see anything and they said it might take up to a week or over to get it back so I thought well, I can just wait and see how it goes.

After a week, I called cheapoair.com and talked to one of the representative in the cancellation and refund department, I told them what happened and why but after we've been talking for about 15 minuted the lady said she doesn't know how to take care of this and for me to call back later or the next day.

After that, it got really bad because they won't answer my phone calls but I got an email said for me to call them. I've been trying ever since but nothing happens and I've lost $1865.

Today June 20th, it has been over 2 week waiting for my money to get back to my account and it has been over a week trying to contact them by phone and emails. I have no idea what to do anymore and that's a lot of money to be waste on some bad business like that. I've read some opinions and tripadviser website and it happened to other people and they have been through the same situation I'm in right now.

I don't want them to do this to other people anymore and they have no idea how bad it is to be short on money and not be able to feed our family. And I will do anything to get my money back but not just the fact that they didn't give me my money but also the fact that this is a really wrong thing to do and it's bad business.
