It was mistake to make a reservation with Cheapoair online. What i have been charged by my credit card was $23.90 more that my confirmation was showing while i made a reservation.
After 40 minutes waiting on phone and finaly getting someone i was not able to understand what customer service rep was trying to explain. Additonal 20 minutes went on re-frasing questions.
I still don't know why i was overcharged, but received an email that refund of $23.90 will be issued within 10-14 business days. Why i have to wait two weeks to receive my money back while Cheapoair made this error.
Horrible experience. Do not book with Cheapoair!!!
