I booked a room in NYC on line with WooGo.com. Big mistake. They called the evening I booked a room (nothing in writing) to tell me the room I booked was unavailable and they switched me to another room at another Hotel. I read reviews about the substitute hotel and they uniformly spoke about bedbug infestation, noise and lack of safety. I cancelled the very next day, over two months ago, and have not been able to get a refund from this scam company.
When I tried to get in touch with customer I always got disconnected. The people at reservations assured me I would get a refund in 30 days. It's been more than two months and I haven't seen a dime back. I have contacted my credit card company and I am in the process of a dipute.
Avoid Woogo like a bedbug plague.
