We booked our hotel on the Internet on hotel boards.com and paid for it in full on feb 22. We arrived at our hotel on sept 19 and our hotel room had been cancelled that monday from someone in turkey. They give you an emergency number but no one answers or returns your calls. We had to pay again for our room and the credit card company got our money back. My parents had booked through them this November and they had the same thing happen to them and another couple they were traveling with. Hotel beds makes the reservation but no one returns a call. Someone in turkey cancels the room the week you are to arrive. Its a big scam...
