Refuses to credit one pass miles to account ripoff

I am a ONEPASS MEMBER w/Continental Airlines. My mother-Arlene Giering is a registered traveler on my account to get One Pass Miles.in MArch booked a flight on Continental.com and was supposed to get 856 miles each way. Due to an illness in family, my mother had to move up trip 1 week. She could not do it online, had to call Customer Service directly and was advised then to just submit boarding passes and would get credit for One Pass Miles.

I did that in April, heard nothing for months, sent an email and was asked to resubmit boarding passes, mailed them as requested. Now being told cannot have One Pass Miles since primary name on my account is not what was on boarding passes.

Keep asking for more info then deny my requests in the end
