I went to Continental Airlines website to buy tickets to San Juan PR but could not get the website to work. I called and had their representative book the flight.
A couple weeks later I get my credit card bill and they over charged me $80.80 on the four tickets I bought.
I called them today and they do nothing but give me the run around.
They have went as far as to say that the fare price went down!
But the real deal is I was deceived and the price was the very same as it is now.
They also offer you something called OnePass Miles for flying with them, but the website don't even work well enough to signup for OnePass Miles.
Im a first time flyer with Continental and already don't want to fly with them.
