Metro Dodge ripped me off by not paying off my trade in Snellville Georgia
I received a call from an Atlanta car salesman saying he had a car for me at Metro Dodge and to get there to check it out. When I got there, a salesman, Prince (catchy name) was assigned to help me.
Boy did he help me. After 3 hours he convinced me that the only car I could get was a bright yellow 2004 Neon because my credit was not that good. But he said that after a year with payments made on time I could come back and get what I really wanted, a Van.
I signed all the paperwork one of which was that they were taking my 2001 Kia Rio as a trade and would pay it off. That was on July 8. The Rio still has not been paid off and the lienholder is after me to pay for the car.
I also found out that the Rio has been sold because I was contacted by the E. Orange N.J. Police dept. That the Rio was impounded up there but the owner had come and picked it up.
I have tried many times to contact someone at Metro Dodge and mostly just got the run around. When I finally spoke with James Jones last month he just flat out told me that he doesn't have the money to pay the Rio off.
So now this is on my credit report, my lienholder has turned my account over to collections, and I don't have the Rio which my lienholder says I'm still responsible for.
I have contact 5 different attorneys none of which will take the case (not enough money), I have contacted the Secretary of State / Trade Commission, and Dodge Chrysler Headquarters.
This has turned into the biggest nightmare of my life and I hope Metro Dodge burns in hell.
