I have stayed at Days Inn on business trips for years and never had a complaint until now. I made reservations on line for a business trip. Today I found the project had been pushed back a week, so I called Days Inn to change my reservation date. No way! You prepaid for that date, so you lose your money! So much for customer service. So Days Inn gets a free $250.00 from my company, and loses me as a customer life. Do the math Days Inn, you get $250.00 you lose!
