Mr. S,

I am getting very annoyed with this crap. No further emails will be responded to you unless they contain dates for the file. No more of this wasting my time. If you kept track of all this then you would know and
not be asking.

1st I need the date you received my payment for the trip - August 14th

2nd I need the day you got my 45 day notice that I want to go on my vac
-
Exactly makes no sense at all. Did you not provide the dates when you submitted your form?

3rd the day you called about my vac 12745 - Simple answer, NEVER as we do not call anyone, everything is done online.

4th the names of the company you call and a point of contact tried to book my vac - This is none of your business. I will not give out that information. When the vacation is booked you will know the booking
company chosen for your specific vacation.

5th the day you found out that the dates i picked where booked u - When I worked on your file and looked up options with several of our suppliers

6th the day you e-mail me and told me and told me it was booked that i need to pick new dates - When I get time I will scan a copy of the email and send it to you. Right now I don't have the time and am currently
trying to book vacations for people that have valid dates on file.

7th how many other people didn't get to go - Mr. Shifflett, read the RRF form it clearly states all dates are subject to availability, which means availability with our suppliers for the rates shown. We book manyof
these trips in a month.

Now you have the answers to your questions, simply stop this and send new dates. If you have no intentions on sending new dates then so be it, but, don't keep wasting my time with this unrealistic crap.

Follow the terms and submit the new dates to
[email protected].

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Patricia

Hi Patrick,

Please send each and every one of those questions to Patricia Anderson, President of Bearcountry Vacations Inc. At [email protected] by the way, question 2 makes no sense - you are required to provide
60 days notice). As you know, she completes allbookings. She lives and works over 2,600 miles. I am outside sales rep marketing for them. I send out the reservation forms. My auction states that is what you will get from me and Canada Post has CONFIRMED successful delivery August 2. I have assisted as needed but now all I am doing is repeating myself for someone who will not listen. PICK NEW DATES.

There is nothing else I can do with this file and thus any further correspondence should be addressed and sent directly to Patricia. You agreed to the terms when you pressed buy it now on ebay and then signed your contract. Patricia advised you that your dates were not available and thus you are obligated to provide new dates. If you need more information about that, contact Patricia.

Merr Christmas & Happy New Year!

Thanks Again,

J wrote: You already have the dated December 21 advising that your January 20 date was not available. If you need the previous email from Patricia, you
will need to ask her since it didn't come from me.

Patricia and I am expecting your next email to contain dates. This endless stream of emails from you with no uselful information is not productive. You have been asked numerous times for your new date selections. Please provide them. Until then, there isn't much else to discuss.

Thanks Again,
J.

"J. Wrote: We have followed the contract. All bookings are completed APPROX. 45 days not exactly 45 days) prior to departure. As for emails, there is nothing I can do if you are not getting emails from Bearcountry, however, there are some ways to reduce the chances of that happening.

-provide Patricia with an alternate email address
- and I will request that she CC me on all emails so that I can also forward them to you to help ensure you get them

Please advise of your new dates as soon as possible.

Thanks Again,

J. Merrill
