I bought the package in November. I requested for reservation, which they said they confirmed. The representative told me he will email me the confirmation number by 2pm that day and never sent me email.
I called and left 5 messages and no return call. I waited 2 hours while he put me on hold then finally hung up on me.
After calling 2 more times, he said he didn't confirm it yet so I had to wait few more days. I waited few more days and no answer from him. My reservation date was in few days and he still didn't respond. I called 3 times and left message and no return call.
I called the customer service and told me they have nothing to do with reservation and I should call the 407-660-9995. Then told me the representative who I talked to before quit and not working at the company.
After calling 3 times and leaving 3 messages, they didn't return call.
After calling customer service again, they told me they will leave message for the reservation. They never called me back. I called the next day (My trip date is 3 days away) the representative told me either I can cancel the trip or wait. I asked about plane ticket and he said they are not responsible for the planned dates and it's my choice for reserving the plane ticket or not. He said he will let me know in few hours about reservation. Didn't call me back.
Next day, I called again. No answer and voice mail. There is no point of leaving message because they have never called me back. Now only 2 days away and I still don't have the confirmation of the hotel. I probably have to go and get hotel myself. PLEASE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have never worked with company like this. Ramada company always called me back but for some reason, this company never calls back. What is wrong with this company.
If you work there or if you are employer, you need to get some new people since I have never seen a company like this.
Please help!!! I am arriving in Orlando in few days and it's already night mare from this company. What do I need to do? I asked for refund and they told me they don't give refunds.
Why do we have companies like this.
This happened to someone before and I totally believe him.
If you have any advice, please let me know.
I have been crying since our vacation seemed ruined and we lost lots of money for this reservation!
