Fairfield Resorts is one of the most despicable organizations there is, they have absolutely no intention of helping anyone but themselves, they will NOT cancel your contract even though you've been given a cooling off period. FF doesn't think you'll take them to court so they harass you to get there maintenance fees etc. It is well worth it, get yourselves an attorney who specializes in Consumer Contract.
I have sent emails to Franz Hanning, CEO of Fairfield Resorts and I've copied these emails to the Attorney General Offices of Florida, NJ & St. Thomas because there is a strong need for them to start investigating these complaints.
I have made several attempts to have my contract cancelled within the cooling off period; they were reluctant to return any of my, so they waited until almost 1 month after then to get in touch with me by that time they were telling me it's too late to have my contract cancelled. Fairfield resorts is a big ripoff.
