If any one is starting a class action lawsuit in Virginia please contact me with info on it. I TOO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED by Fairfield Resorts. I would like to have my contract cancelled. I just signed in January 06. Rescission date should be longer more than a few days. I am in the process of contacting some of the Fairfield and Cendant offices. Also FTC, Dept of Consumers, Better Businesss Bureau and any others I can think of.
