I bought a R/T solution from Charleston, SC to Phoenix, Arizona for 7/8/08-7/10/08 through Hotwire. Because of physical problems, Delta was not able to get me to my location. Delta released a voucher for potential journey. I named Delta to obtain money plus they stated Hotwire would need to matter the request reimbursement. Since 7/9/08 I have been calling Hotwire twice a week, and have been getting all kinds off "off the wall" excuses for not refunding the ticket even though Delta was most willing to issue a refund, if only Hotwire would ask for it. Seems easy, but Hotwire customer support is just a to get a awful organization, plus they claim whatever it requires to obtain me off the telephone after which fall the problem. It'd appear that somebody in government mgmnt might do something positive about their ethics and status and do the best thing. Best of luck to all who attempt to get something back from Hotwire after they have your cash
