My whole experience with this company has been a complete disaster. When signing up for EZ Pass, I was told my car needed an exterior tag instead of an interior tag. What they didn't tell me is that every time it rains or snows, my tag does not get read and instead I get a "call ezpass" and I get charged the full amount for the toll ($12 instead of 15 cents).
I had my credit card on file with them and whenever my account goes below $10, they automatically charge replenish my account with $25, even though it was only an error on their part. I have accrued over $200 worth of charges on my credit card because their exterior tag did not work properly. Also, most employees I have spoken to on the phone have been rude and condescending.
I do not advise ANYONE to deal with this company. You are better off just waiting your turn and paying your toll personally.
