I sent them 1 month old EZ-PASS statement, showing that I never had any due and my account is autometically credited. 5. Then they sent me stating that is not enough you need to send current statement. I sent then the most current statement from NJ-EZpass web site. 6. They did not like it and reported to collection agency.
7. Agency called and I explained them. They said to talk to IL-iPass authority.
8. I called them they said you need to send NJ EZ-Pass letter stating when I started my account.
9. Then I collected that letter from NJ EZ-PAss authority and sent them.
10. Then One lady called to collect 20.00 so they can drop the charge. I said yes I will but you need to send me an email or mail first stating that you will really drop the charge.
11. She said she will not send anything, I just pay over phone.
12. I said you then be doing the same thing which you did a year back, asking for 1.41 and now 20.00. Where is the gurantee that you will not ask for more again.

16. One gentleman told me to send me EZ-PASS mail and so I guess the person has no authority and then IL I-PASS authority just kept that man to say something since they know they will harases anyway.
