My health is being affected due to rude neighboors and poor management. I have been unable to get a decent night's rest spoken with clerks and general manager to try to remedy this; yet, no success. I spoke with betty (front desk clerk) four times. As well az with harrison (GM) and all they have said was that they will take care of this situation. When I spoke with harrison he seemed uninterested with my complaint... More into his personal call. After, speaking with betty (whom reported to work 25 minutes late) she did call harrison as well as neighboor to assit me further... I can support this call this time around (4th time around). Mr. Harrison advised me on the (3rd) complaint that he had spomen with tenant about this matter and if issues persist from same temant to communicate it to security. I followed the instructions of harrison and proceeded to look for security amd make him aware of this problem due to me having to work for a living... Unlike my nieghboor whom has his parents pay for his stay I do have to wake up early to get to work like every other taxpayer;nevertheless, security was nowhere to be found. Security left a sheet of paper with a phone number to reach for assistance; yet, no answer. Full refund do to violation of their own policies... With excessive noise (tv and barking of several pets way over 25 Lbs.) at all times. Of the night 2,3, 4,5, 6,7, 8 & etc. Am.
