Rip off, does not list phone number online or fax, does not refund money for items returned

This is a terrible comapny. They are rip offs big time. The product they provided was malfunctioned, they do not return calls, we sent the item back, it has been 3 months now, they have battled refunding our money and continue to dispute against us with the credit card company although they have the item back! Take it from me and from our experience this is a lousy seller, do not buy from them.
