Mr. Harrison and his 1st Quality tax services employees, promised excellent tax services.instead Mr. Harrison made falsified statments to the IRS resulting in the IRS contacting me for an audit. Mr. Harrison falsified these documents in order to charge (me) the customer higher fees for services. Mr. Harrison never directly communicated with me in regards to what he was claiming and/or writing off in regards to my taxes. The 1st Quality staff or Mr. Harrison never provided a fee for services upfront or provided a receipt. The employee's stated that the agency would subtract their fees from my tax return, but never provided a quote or a estimate of fee charge. After completing my taxes, Mr. Harrison's employess called me on my personal cell phone soliciting me to participate in a pyramid scheme business venture Mr. Harrison was starting. I never gave Mr. Harrison or his employees permission to contact me in regards to any other business other then the tax services I requested. Once I was contacted by the IRS for an Audit, I immediately contacted Mr. Harrsion who took several days to return my phone call. After speaking to Mr. Harrison he ensured that his employees would assist me in resolving the issue. After corresponding several times with one employee, my phone calls were never returned and the voicemail stated that it was full. I have not heard with Mr. Harrison or his employees for the last month.
WARNING!!! This company is unprofessional and should be shut down immediately. I am not the only victim, unless you want to be audited and receive no help, stay away from this place!
