We were an 12 year customer of Reno's Desert Hills Fire and Security Systems aka Desert Hills Video Security Systems Nevada State Contractor's Board licensed as DESERT HILLS ELECTRIC INC, James Harrison, Alton W. Harrison, Michael A. Harrison, Ross, and Bill. Desert Hills installed the video security system at out latest property. We questioned why aren't the cameras working? Ross and Bill wrote the wiring was shorted out and the cameras now were bad and ALL needed to be replaced at our expense, after Ross and Bill refused to attach the electrical system as per code.
