I submitted a refund request through the mail about two months ago and have not received anything from Greyhound. Not even a call stating that they received my request and were in the process of reviewing it. I have called multiple times over the past couple months to inquire about my request and each time I have gotten nothing but attitude from the customer service representatives I was speaking with. My most recent call I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was denied that request by the representative. I work in customer service as well and know how to keep my temper when dealing with difficult people and this phone call infuriated me even more than I already was because a customer should always be able to speak with a manager/supervisor or higher-up, even if the supervisor will just reiterate what is already being said. I was just requesting a credit to my Greyhound account because I normally travel with them often but now I would like a full refund because of the trouble I have encountered.
