On travelling from port elizabeth south africa to johannesburg south africa my gps was removed from my bag by greyhound staff, without my permission. On reporting this to greyhound head office i was promised they would look into the theft. Now i get told that the manager has left and there is no record, how conveint for greyhound. Proof that greyhound allows staff to help themselves to customers belongings. I knew i would never be refunded in any way, greyhound is too dishonest for that, i just hope other people will read this and other complaints on hellopeter about the poor service and theft from greyhound south africa and refrain from using greyhound, less passengers, less people for greyhound to steal from. Be warned, if you are coming to south africa, do not travel with greyhound.
