I made a reservation this morning (Confirmation Number - OX-02017034), but I tried to get in touch with the hotel to list some preferences and i was told that there is no booking under my name. I tried logging on to my account at otel.com based on the password i was sent by email but could not do so. I also tried calling the customer service number but after 20 mins of waiting there was no answer.
Please help - I am travelling with 2 kids and need to have this resolved asap.
