I had read some reviews where people arrived at hotels and there was no record of the reservation. I called my hotel twice to see if it had come through but it had not. I contacted Otel.com and I was told that they would take of this for me. I received a follow-up email with an apology and then a few days later another email with my hotel confirmation number. I can't ask for any more then that, they handled my situation perfectly.
