Absolutely the worst service I have ever had by any business anywhere. 1. Asked for my same debit card number and was told that was possible and then received a new debit card with a different number. When I tried to call any number anywhere that had to do with customer service, I was connected to my account information. Ridiculously hard to get an actual person on the phone. Even if it was not possible I believe I deserve an explanation or could have been warned in advance. 2. Was not told about $5.00 fee to get new debit card. Understand that would cover the cost to make the thing but would like to know before I purchase something. On top of that why is it my fault that the thin piece of plastic doesn't last very long. 3. Store hours are terrible but I guess that is most banks everywhere. 4. Do not remember the word they used to call my card, it wasn't blocked but something else meaning that my card was vulnerable and had been blocked before, even though I have verified every transaction and have cleared up times where I have traveled and not told the bank. Guy in lobby was rude in explaining this fact! 5. The process of describing to the bank that you are driving across the country and they need to open up your card to work in multiple states is ridiculous! Overall I've been hassled for too long and have had too many frustrations because of the system in place.
