Bank of america has been allowing netzero to debit money from my checking account even though I tell them I do not have netzero internet and do not want netzero to debit funds from my account. Every month netzer debits for two internet accounts. The bank refuses to stop this. I have changed my bank card three times to try and resolve this. Each time netzero gets the information on my account. The bank and myself are the only ones that have this information and I am not furnishing it to netzero. I have no control as to who can and can not debit my account. Any merchant can debit funds from my account whenever they want and as much as they want. I have not given netzero my consent nor do I know they are debiting funds until it is posted to my bank statement.netzero is allowed to debit funds even though they do not have my security number from my card. They do not have my address or phone number. How can a dial up service give you service if they don't have your phone number??
