Hotelsavings.com will not refund a reservation canceled 10 minutes after it was made. I feel totally ripped off by Hotelsavings.com. Although i don't recall any disclaimer the reservation was non refundable during the checkout process they have the policy written on the conformation email. When i called them about it they had no flexibility in the policy but said if I had called them instead of using their website to cancel they could have helped. It is so wrong for them to pocket over $150 for a reservation that likely never even was sent to the hotel in the first place. Hotelsavings.com is unethical IMO and a ripoff too. Stay away from Hotelsavings.com
