These guys are a total scam. You try and call the hotel and it routes you to this third party. We got overcharged $20 and upon calling them, they were defensive about how much we would NOT get the difference back. It was clear that the hotel only charged $50 a night practically every night in the off season at a hotel in Santa Fe, so it wasn't our misunderstanding that we got the price wrong. Advice, always call the hotel directly and don't talk to some weird 3rd party service and give your credit card over the phone. The hotel we stayed at ended up being great and upon arrival, there was someone at the front desk taking phone calls. Like a real hotel should work.
