I accidentally made a hotel reservation through these guys. I had Googled the name of the hotel chain I wanted, wasn't paying close attention and thought I was on hotel website, made reservation. 10 minutes later realized I had wrong checkout date. Seems you can't change your res online at HotelSavings. Called. They said they'd have to cancel it in order to change it, and there was a $10 charge for that. I asked "Mark" to speak with his supervisor, who turned out to be named "Obama" (no relation)."Obama" was not willing to waive the $10 "service fee." I asked to speak with *his* supervisor, and he said he doesn't have one. Supposedly, I will get credit for what I paid this outfit (less $10) in 7-10 business days, so I'll have to keep my eyes open, because I DO NOT HAVE ANY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY'S BUSINESS PRACTICES, and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE. How many people are they ripping off $10/day? All I wanted to do was change the res. No big deal! Do not use. I asked for mailing address so I could send complaint registered mail and they said there was no mailing address. Uh, ok. I should have asked where to send the check; bet there's a mailing address for that!
