Hotelsavingscom has unfair policies and is ripping off their customers. I put int he incorrect date using the website on June 5th, for a hotel in Jacksonville FL. Immediately tried to call the customer service department and was on hold for an ungodly amount of time; so I hung up and went to the site to cancel. They send me an a email cancelation with a cancelation number and even though I did a cancellation request on their site 14 minutes later and they emailed a cancelation#CLX36591471 to me instantly; however they still charged me the full price. I was advised by the hotel that they do not send the funds to the hotel nor do I get a refund. The website is keeping the consumers money. This is fraud.
