I booked this hotel and prepaid my stay for 4 nights through Priceline. However, before I even had the opportunity to check out of the hotel, I was charged for the 4 night stay again. There was clearly an error on the hotel's behalf and I have been more than patient and I have also provided the hotel with all of the proof they need to clearly show I was being charged twice for the same service. I have made numerous attempts via toll calls and e-mail with the several hotel staff... I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I am posting this complaint so that other customers are not victimized by this hotel.
