My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights in July so we chose to return for her 50th birthday in October including our 2 friends in the booking. Unfortunately the night before of our arrival our friends daughter was rushed to hospital and we informed the hotel early on the morning of arrival that they were unable to travel. The hotel told us that they would not charge us for their room and we could discuss this when staying at the hotel. At the end of our stay the manager charged us the full amount for the room and asked us to contact the hotel later to get a refund. I have e mailed the hotel at least a dozen times but they have never bothered to reply. Not only is this very rude but their cancellation policy promises a pro rata refund if you call before 10.00am on the day of arrival, which we did. I don't know what else to do to recieve justice.
