Mid December I phoned mr Harry as I wanted to make my payment and I was told that the payment for that journey was over 2400!! I then queried it and I was told that they could not help me. Asked to speak to their boss and was never granted that opportunity
Searched on the Internet for complaining procedures to no avail. When I told mr John as how he is identified that I would report this, he laughed at me and told me to go ahead. I emailed him my complaining as I thought he was not understanding me on the phone and he emailed back saying I should accept 50 refund as the other 50 would go for administration charges!!!
It was like take it or leave it but you will not win
