Very Poor Customer Service

I contacted OneTravel to inquire about the fees I would be charged to cancel my airline tickets. We had booked through OneTravel, and their phone number was listed for customer service. Oh My God what a mistake. If I ran any type of travel company I would never allow OneTravel to deal with a customer of mine. The rep. That answered the phone talked so fast, and had such a heavy accent I could not understand her at all. After she sent an email request to cancel the tickets, and I read through it, I told her not to cancel the tickets. Again more fast talking and broken english I ask her to just send me something indicating that my tickets had not been cancelled, not understanding her, I asked again and again. Then this very nasty, rude woman told me I did not have to ask her the same thing five times, Well, in my own defence, yes I did, I could not under her. So, I asked to speak with her supervisor. Again, very bad english and more poor service. I just ask that they send me an email with confirmation of my airline ticket to confirm that they had not cancelled them as I can not pay the fees imposed by the airline. The fees are no fault of OneTravel, this was just the worst service I have ever encountered EVER. No need to respond, there is NO excuse for this very poor service...
