April 9-20: I believed that I had bought international flight tickets from Mr. Pujji, but the tickets never arrived. When I contacted Mr. Pujji, he was full of empty promises, such as "I will ensure your tickets will arrive next Monday" and so on.
April 23: When the tickets did not arrive, I decided to call the airline that I'd supposedly bought tickets for and discovered that no seats had ever been booked in my name.
I again contacted Mr. Pujji and again received an empty promise that "within two hours" I'd have a confirmation code by which I could confirm my booking with the airline. He never called back.
This man is extremely difficult to pin down. He never answers emails and only rarely was I able to talk to him (nine times out of ten I'd get his answering machine).
May 1: When last I spoke to him, he glibly promised a refund. As of this date, May 5, no refund has been issued and I cannot reach him through any means.
I had to book tickets through a different travel agent as I am leaving May 12th. Because that is only a week from now, and because I had to use my travel money to buy my tickets, this matter is of some urgency.
